Na boca, é potente, mas muito redondo, com taninos finos e bem maduros, conferindo-lhe uma textura suave e equilibrada. O Syrah revela uma pureza surpreendente, com os característicos aromas da casta bem marcados, especialmente a fruta expressiva, como groselhas e amoras, que se fazem presentes também no paladar, complementados por sugestões de pimenta. Extremamente redondo e com boa acidez, o vinho termina longo, persistente e equilibrado.
